Refund Policy

Rod’s to Rich’s Apparel accepts return or refund requests within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags must be attached

• Proof of purchase is required

After the fifteenth (15th) day following delivery, all sales are final and no refunds or returns will be issued. No exceptions will be made beyond this timeframe.

Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at the discretion of Rod’s to Rich’s Apparel. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Rod’s to Rich’s Apparel reserves the right to deny any return or refund that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
